- Dash of cinnamon
- ½ cup chocolate chips

- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
- Slice into snack size bars and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, freeze the bars and thaw as needed.
Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture or smooth peanut butter for a softer bar.
Feel free to swap the chocolate chips for dried fruit, chopped nuts, or seeds.
If the mixture feels too sticky, refrigerate it for 10–15 minutes before pressing it into the pan.
These bars are perfect for lunchboxes, post-workout snacks, road trips, or busy mornings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use quick oats?
Yes! Quick oats will create a slightly softer texture, while old-fashioned oats provide a little more chew.
Can I use a different nut or seed butter?
Yes. Any nut or seed butter can all work in place of peanut butter.
