Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Every attempt will be made to contact all users prior to removal. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products and Online Courses. Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, all sales of online courses and digital downloads are final. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents access to purchased content within 48 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may request a full refund by contacting us at taylor@lifelongwellnessgoals.com within 7 days of purchase.
Nourished Sisterhood Community Membership. Membership may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or contacting taylor@lifelongwellnessgoals.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Payment Plans. If you enroll in a payment plan, you are committing to all installment payments as agreed at checkout. Cancellation of a payment plan does not release you from outstanding installments already due. Exceptions. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund exception, contact us at taylor@lifelongwellnessgoals.com with your order number and reason for the request. Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend your access to all purchased content during the dispute period.
Subscription Features
Subscription features may change at any time without notice. We will make all possible efforts to notify clients of any changes, but prior notice is not required.
Community User Conduct Policy
Community Standards and User Conduct
By participating in the Nourished Sisterhood Community or any other interactive feature of the Site, you agree to the following standards: You agree NOT to: - Post content that is harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another person's privacy; - Share personal health information of other community members without their explicit consent; - Promote, sell, or solicit any products, services, or business opportunities within the community without prior written approval from Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC; - Post content that promotes disordered eating behaviors, extreme dieting, or other content inconsistent with the values of Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC; - Impersonate any person, including Taylor Deacon or any registered dietitian or healthcare professional; - Share any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Enforcement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content and to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the community for violation of these standards, without notice and without refund. We are not obligated to monitor community content but may do so at our discretion. Reporting. To report a community standards violation, contact taylor@lifelongwellnessgoals.com.
Dispute Resolution Clause
DISPUTE RESOLUTION Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights. Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC at taylor@lifelongwellnessgoals.com and provide a written description of the dispute, your name, and proposed resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, you and Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in Ionia County, Michigan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Class Action Waiver. YOU AND LIFELONG WELLNESS GOALS, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for alleged violations of intellectual property rights.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with United States law. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein or any claim relating to Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC shall be governed by the laws of Ionia County in the State of Michigan as the home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Liability and Indemnification
In no event shall Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials, even if Lifelong Wellness Goals, LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
