Peanut Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Oats 
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 
- 1/4 Cup Honey 
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 
- 1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal 
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla 
- 1/4 Cup favorite chocolate candies (I used Reese’s Pieces, but you can use M&M’s, especially the mini ones or omit this altogether if you don’t like candy! 🙃) 
- Optional: Nuts, Raisins, etc. 
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients above – in the order they are listed – in a large mixing bowl 
- Stir all of the ingredients together until they stick together 
- Roll into bite sized balls and place in storage container 
- Put container in freezer for about 20 minutes to hold balls together 
- Move to fridge and enjoy
