This simple breakfast is perfect for meal prep while bringing together the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly. Packed with flavor, fiber, protein, and healthy fats, these overnight oats will keep you feeling full, satisfied, and energized all morning.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1–2 Tbsp jelly or jam
  • ¼ cup strawberries, chopped
  • Optional: drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar or glass container, mix oats, flaxseed, and milk.
  2. Stir in peanut butter until combined.
