As a seasoned professional who has had the privilege of working with the Central Michigan University soccer team, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the realm of athletic training and sports performance. During my tenure with the team, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall performance and well-being of our athletes through nutritional and wellness strategies.

Personalized Support is so much more than just a phone call!  I will provide guides and resources to help your family succeed with your action plans, as well as provide continued chat support between our appointments.

Once you fill out the application, I will review it and reach back out within 24-48 hours to set up a time for us to discuss more about YOU and what you would like to achieve during your nutrition journey with Lifelong Wellness Goals.

If you decide that the program is a good fit for you, I'll support you for your entire journey and design your individualized evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle plan specific to your goals!

My goal is to meet you where you are and make sure your plan is tailored to your needs and goals to help get you where you want to be!

Our first session is a welcome call to go over more about you, your goals, and the program, and to answer any questions to help you feel confident as you start on this journey.

As we continue to meet, you will start to take action on your plan while I help you with accountability and any adjustments needed along the way!
