Monday: Bike ride around the neighborhood

Tuesday: Rest day ๐Ÿ˜ŒWednesday: At home full-body workout with weights, I love when I get to use weights in a workout because I can really โ€œfeelโ€ the movement I did afterward in each muscleThursday: Rest day ๐Ÿ˜ŒFriday: One of my side gigs is cleaning houses, Iโ€™m lucky to clean some big and beautiful homes that get my body moving while making some extra cash while Iโ€™m at it Saturday: Rest day Sunday: Walked the dog and spent some quality time with my loved ones โค๏ธ

Remember to be flexible with your routine

Incorporate different types of movement so you can move your body in different ways and avoid getting bored by doing the same thing over and over againIf you have plans to get some movement in but youโ€™re not feeling up for it when the time comes, donโ€™t force yourself!
