Monday: Bike ride around the neighborhood
Tuesday: Rest day ๐Wednesday: At home full-body workout with weights, I love when I get to use weights in a workout because I can really โfeelโ the movement I did afterward in each muscleThursday: Rest day ๐Friday: One of my side gigs is cleaning houses, Iโm lucky to clean some big and beautiful homes that get my body moving while making some extra cash while Iโm at it Saturday: Rest day Sunday: Walked the dog and spent some quality time with my loved ones โค๏ธ
Remember to be flexible with your routine
