Garlic & Parsley Steak Bites

Looking for an easy dinner that’s packed with flavor without requiring a ton of effort? These Garlic & Parsley Steak Bites are a great one to add to your weekly meal rotation!

A Few Tips for Making These Steak Bites

Let the steak marinate. Give the steak at least 30 minutes to soak up all that flavor, or prep it the night before and let it marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Pair it with your favorite sides. Roasted broccoli is my go-to, but these steak bites would also be delicious with roasted potatoes, rice, or another veggie you enjoy. Mix and match based on what sounds good and what you have on hand!

These steak bites are easy to make and pair perfectly with roasted broccoli, potatoes, rice, or your favorite sides for a balanced, satisfying meal.

Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 10 MinMarinating Time: 30 MinTotal time: 50 Min

Ingredients

  • 1–1½ lbs top sirloin filet, cut into bite-sized cubes (or your favorite cut of steak)
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1–2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak. If needed, cut the top sirloin filet or your preferred cut of steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl or resealable bag, combine the liquid aminos, beef broth, garlic powder, dried parsley, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate the steak. Add the cubed steak and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours for extra flavor.
  4. Heat the skillet. Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess liquid drip off. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the steak bites. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak bites in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Let the steak brown, turning the pieces occasionally to cook on all sides. Add 1–2 tablespoons of butter as the steak cooks, gradually reducing the heat to medium or medium-low as needed to help the steak cook through without overcooking. Cook for about 7–10 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Check for doneness. Cook to your preferred doneness, using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For food safety, whole-cut beef steaks should reach at least 145°F, followed by a 3-minute rest. For steak cubes, check several of the largest pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy! Serve warm with roasted broccoli and your favorite side for an easy, flavorful meal.
