Crockpot Chili
I swear that this crockpot chili recipe is better than Wendy's -- YUM! 😋
This recipe is enough to fill the slow cooker so it will feed a large family or enough to store leftovers to freeze or eat throughout the week.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds burger 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 1 cup chopped peppers 
- 1/2 cup chopped onions 
- 1/2 cup chopped celery 
- 31 oz Brooks Hot Chili Beans 
- 33.5 oz Hunts Tomato Sauce 
Directions:
- Cook burger with olive oil until no longer pink 
- Add peppers, onions and celery into the burger until cooked 
- Add the burger mixture to a large crockpot or instant pot on the slow cooker setting, and then add in the rest of the ingredients 
- Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low 4-5 hours 
- Add toppings, such as sour cream and cheese to enjoy!
