You’re never going to be perfect in your eating habits, and that’s okay!
However, when you consistently turn to restriction after you’ve overeaten, you typically end up stuck in that binge-restrict cycle over and over again unless you finally put a stop to it yourself. So work towards simply moving on, letting go of the guilt, and getting back to eating normally so you can be in tune with your body’s needs and stop letting overeating ruin your relationship with food and yourself.
