I’m a cat mom who loves to read a good book outside in the sun whenever possible! I also have over 3 years of experience as a registered dietitian and I love to help you find the connection between food and how it can impact how you feel both physically, mentally, and emotionally. I also take an “all foods can fit” approach to healthy eating.

Yes, nourishment is important but so is having a healthy relationship with food because food is more than just fuel! 

It is also memories, connection with others, can bring up certain emotions, and is overall a huge part of our every day lives. I used to think the only way to achieve health was having the perfect diet, exercising every day, and doing whatever else it took to make my body look like the “picture of health.” I also spent money on diet pills, detox drinks, and foods that promised to help me lose weight when ultimately they were all just another diet culture scam that didn’t work.

Over the years as a registered dietitian, I have worked a wide variety of people to help improve their health and relationship with food including:

  • Parents with busy work lives and kids who needed support to make nutrition simpler with minimal time each week

  • Clients wanting to manage medical conditions including heart disease, diabetes, GI disorders such as GERD, IBS, and more
